When will Green and Bloom be coming to my area?
We are focusing on solidifying our presence in London and surrounding areas. After this, we are looking to expand to several further locations in the UK. Feel free to register for updates.
When is best to buy?
Our web-shop is accessible 24 hours per day. We have an imported stock section with a cut off of 4am for next day. We also have a dedicated Next Day section open between 11am-11pm each day for Next day collection/delivery.
Can I buy both flowers and plants on the same order?
Yes, you can buy any combination of flowers, plants, foliage and sundries from the web-shop
How will the flowers be packaged?
Web-shop orders of flowers will be packed in stackable cardboard boxes with the order information on the outside.
What products will be available on the web-shop?
We have over 15000 product lines available to purchase including British (subject to seasonality), Dutch, Danish, Belgian and South American produce.
Where is Green & Bloom’s cash and carry?
We are located at stands B8-B14 and C10-C14 in New Covent Garden Flower market, SW8 5EH.
Can I get my order delivered?
Yes, providing you are in London, we have delivery vehicles going out every day Monday-Saturday.
Where will my order be delivered to?
Your order will be delivered to the address registered on your account (as shown on your invoices), unless specified in the remark section of the shopping cart.
Can I collect my web-shop order?
Yes, web-shop customers will be given 2 logins, one for collections and one for deliveries. There is an applicable discount for collections. Please ensure you use the correct login for your needs. If your delivery address differs that which is on your invoice, please specify in the notes.
What is the minimum order value?
We don’t have a minimum order, however, orders under £150 ex vat will incur a £25 ex vat delivery charge to London postcodes.
Who can buy?
We are trade only, so you must register to make purchases from us using our registration form.

Can I get my order delivered?
Yes, providing you are in London, we have delivery vehicles going out every day Monday-Saturday.
How can I set up an account?
Please follow the ‘become a customer’ registration form on our website to register for a trade account.
Will my payment terms change?
Payment terms for existing customers of either Zest or Arnott & Mason will remain the same
Will I need make my account payments to a different bank account?
Yes, our new bank details are supplied on each invoice, and are as follows Bank - Barclays Account name - Green & Bloom Ltd Account number- 83641619 Sort code- 20-80-78
What happens if go out of payment terms?
If you fail to meet your payment terms, your web-shop will be temporarily locked until payment is made to bring you back into terms.
Why can I not access my web-shop account?
If you have failed to meet the payment terms of your account, your account will have been locked. Please make a payment to come back into terms. If this is not the issue, please contact the support team.
